Introduction

This document provides the framework for our performance marketer training.

It will provide you with all the tools that you need to become a world-class paid advertising specialist, giving you the ability to generate MILLIONS in extra revenue and profit for the businesses that we work with and have a real impact on the lives of the entrepreneurs that trust us with the keys to their companies.

We are helping bright e-commerce founders add £50k-£300k+ to their top-line in 3 months or less whilst retaining ultra-high profitability, and this document is the roadmap to doing just that.

Not all of the training has been produced in-house (for now) - however it covers all of the necessary fundamentals, topics and strategies

The Roadmap

• Complete your onboarding and begin training in first week
• Independent training and taking tests in second week
• Taking on your first client and hands-on training and shadowing in weeks three and four
• Expand your client roster and taking over all communication in month two
• Complete ALL training and be able to deliver top-tier results to your client base by the end of 8 weeks.
• Master your craft and effectively scale your base of 8-12 clients month on month, adding thousands to their bottom-line.

How To Use This Guide

• Go through the training step by step. Don’t skip anything. Be disciplined.
• Go through each section at least twice to fully understand it. (Einstein said it takes 7 repetitions to really master anything)
• Move quickly, but don’t cut corners.
